Job summary

Air Liquide is hiring a P&D Driver to provide safe, efficient, prompt, and courteous pick-up and delivery service for gases, with yard and warehouse duties. The role requires a valid Class 3 license with air brakes, a clean driving record, and at least 2 years of delivery experience, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid class 3 license with air brakes and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the delivery industry.
• Customer service experience.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt and courteous delivery of cylinder gases and/or welding supplies.
• Picks up empty cylinders as required.
• Loads and unloads trucks with team members and ensures proper loading.
• Complete warehouse and yard work as required.
• Plan routes and pick loads for daily dispatch; drive to sites and offload on return.
• Maintain truck and equipment in good condition.

Air Liquide is Hiring for a P&D Driver! The main objective and purpose of this position consist in providing safe, efficient, prompt, and courteous pick-up and delivery service for gases, while promoting ALC’s quality and safety objectives. There is also some yard and warehouse work as part of this role. Pay range - $26.07 - $ $32.58 / hourly rate + Cost of living allowance + Northern Living Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Provides prompt and courteous delivery of cylinder gases and/or welding supplies.
• Picks up empty cylinders as required.
• Loads and unloads trucks with other team members and ensures trucks are loaded efficiently and in accordance with regulations.
• Complete warehouse and yard work as required.
• Pick your own load of cylinders, plan out your day based on items dispatched for you, drive to required sites, pick up empties then offload trucks upon return.
• Ensures that maintenance and general appearance of the truck and all equipment used in the performance of his/her duties are properly ___________________
