Armour Logistics is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to welcome and onboard Owner Operators, Broker Drivers, Rehires, and Transfers. You’ll guide candidates through the onboarding process, coordinate testing, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

The role offers cross-training across regions for growth and connection. Location options include Moncton, NB or Dartmouth, NS, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR admin.
• Experience in transportation/logistics is a bonus.
• Proficient with ATS workflows and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for drivers and operators in your region.
• Send new hire packets and coordinate pre-employment testing.
• Guide candidates through a seamless onboarding experience.
• Partner with multiple teams to ensure smooth handoffs and compliance.
• Track onboarding progress in the ATS.
