Job summary

Driving Force Fleet Solutions in Fort St John is hiring a Casual Driver to join our Rentals team. You will deliver and pick up vehicles, fuel them with company cards, and conduct safety checks while maintaining a professional image of the company.

The role requires a valid Class 5 license, a clean abstract, and the ability to work independently within a team. This position offers competitive hourly pay and casual hours to fit a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid or equivalent Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Pre-employment security clearance is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Fuel company vehicles using company cards and submit receipts.
• Operate vehicles safely and adhere to posted speed limits.
• Maintain a professional representation of the company.
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles and secure loose items.
• Complete thorough vehicle trip inspections.
• Fill out customer delivery condition reports.

We are currently looking for a Casual Driver to join our Rentals team at Driving Force Fleet Solutions in our Fort St John

What You’ll do:

• Deliver and pick up vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to the company's driver policies and procedures.
• Fuel company vehicles using company-issued fuel cards and submit receipts in accordance with company procedures.
• Operate vehicles safely and courteously, including not exceeding posted speed limits.
• Always maintain a professional representation of the company.
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles, including securing any loose items.
• Complete thorough and accurate vehicle trip inspections.
• Fill out customer delivery condition reports, utilizing Inspect when necessary.

What You Bring:

• A valid and current Class 5 Driver’s License
• Abstract acceptable to The Driving Force Group of Companies Driver and Vehicle Safety Program.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Abstract acceptable to The Driving Force Group of Companies Driver and Vehicle Safety Program.
• Clear pre-employment security clearance.
• Completion of high school or equivalent.
