Job summary

FCL is seeking a propane delivery driver to join our team. You will deliver propane to agricultural, commercial, and domestic customers, maintain a professional image, and perform daily vehicle inspections and minor repairs. Strong safety focus and reliability are essential for success.

You will work with drivers and service technicians and report to the Propane Operations Supervisor. A pre-employment drug and alcohol screening may be required and equipment will be provided by the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional driving experience.
• Class 3A or Class 1A license.
• Familiar with electronic log systems or computers.
• Physically capable of handling heavy equipment (≥50lbs).
• Willing to undergo pre-employment alcohol and substance testing.

Responsibilities

• Present a positive image in customer service while delivering propane.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections, log hours, and report issues.
• Maintain company vehicles and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Uphold safety standards and comply with procedures and regulations.

• Maintain company vehicles, ensuring preventative maintenance is carried out and minor repairs are conducted.
• Perform work with a high standard of safety in all operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations.

Who you are

You are looking for a career in hauling and deliveries and:

• Have 1+ years of professional driving experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Have a Class 3A or Class 1A license.
• Are a self-starter who works well independently with strong organizational skills and time management.
• Are familiar with computers and/or electronic log systems.
• Are comfortable with physically demanding work such as pulling heavy hose and other equipment with a minimum weight of 50lbs.
• Are comfortable undergoing a pre-employment alcohol and substance test to qualify for safety-sensitive work.
