Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Class 3A Propane Driver for a full-time permanent role in The Pas, MB, offering 26.31–35.50 CAD per hour depending on experience. You’ll be home every night delivering propane to local customers and contributing to a reliable service.

This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and vehicle maintenance. You’ll perform inspections, log hours electronically, and work with a team under the Propane Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional driving experience.
• Class 3A or Class 1A license required.
• Familiar with computers/electronic log systems.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Willing to pass pre-employment alcohol/substance test.

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Class 3A Propane Driver on a full-time permanent basis in The Pas, MB offering $26.31 - $35.50 per hour, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Present a positive image in customer service while making propane deliveries to various local customers.
• Conduct daily pre-and post-trip inspections, track hours, and report issues using an electronic log system.
• Maintain company vehicles, ensuring preventative maintenance is carried out and minor repairs are conducted.
• Perform work with a high standard of safety in all operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations.

The Team: You will work with other drivers and service technicians and will report to the Propane Operations Supervisor. The team strives to cultivate a culture of customer service, safety, and work life balance.

The Customers: You will deliver propane to customers in agricultural, commercial, and domestic markets while displaying a high-level of customer-focus, professionalism, and care.

Who You Are

You are looking for a career in hauling and deliveries and:

• Have 1+ years of professional driving experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Have a Class 3A or Class 1A license.
• Are familiar with computers and/or electronic log systems.
• Are comfortable with physically demanding work such as pulling heavy hose and other equipment with a minimum weight of 50lbs.
• Are comfortable undergoing a pre-employment alcohol and substance test to qualify for safety-sensitive work.
