Job summary

Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary, AB, is seeking a dependable Shuttle Bus Driver to transport groups safely to and from the resort while upholding safety, security, and confidentiality standards.

You will ensure the shuttle is clean, drivable, and compliant with company policies, while delivering exceptional guest service and information to patrons. Shift work and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced, customer-facing role.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must be available for shift work.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for getting the groups safely to and from the resort & casino
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the shuttle inside and out
• Ensuring the shuttle is drivable and safe for the road before picking up customers
• Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber patron service to all internal and external patrons of the resort & casino while adhering to all rules and regulations set forth by the company.
• Using superior customer skills, welcome, meet and greet all guests, build working relationships accordingly, answer enquires and provide information to deliver exemplary service levels at all times
• Remain fully aware of the site’s operation and the amenities and services provided, along with promotions and marketing initiatives at all times
• Provide assistance to guests and fellow employees as required while ensuring that all site, departmental and AGLC policies and procedures are being adhered to
• Comply with security policies and procedures in order to secure company assets
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Comply with safety procedures and identify unsafe practices or conditions to the Guest Services Manager
• Other duties that may be assigned.

Position Overview

The Shuttle Bus Driver must adhere to Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission (AGLC) terms and conditions, maintain the utmost confidentiality at all times, and assist in maintaining excellent public relations and customer service with all guests and employees of the Resort & Casino.

Education And Experience

• Valid Class 5 Drivers with abstract.
• 3-5 years shuttle service experience required.
