Job summary

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring Propane Drivers on a casual 3-month basis through the fall in Brandon, MB. The role offers $26 - $35 per hour depending on experience and includes training, gear, and potential extension.

You’ll be home every night while serving agricultural, commercial, and domestic propane customers. You’ll join a team focused on safety, customer service, and reliability, reporting to the Supervisor, Propane Distribution.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional driving experience.
• Class 3A or Class 1A license.
• Familiar with computers/electronic log systems.
• Physically able to perform demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane locally while maintaining a positive customer image.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and log hours electronically.
• Maintain vehicles and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Uphold safety procedures and comply with policies.

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring Propane Drivers on a casual 3-month basis through the fall in Brandon, MB offering $26 - $35 an hour, depending on experience.

Are you looking for casual, short-term employment in the fall? Our propane team is hiring Class 3A drivers starting in September to help through the busy season. We offer all the required training and work gear, the possibility of extension, and a work area that will have you home every night.

What You’ll Do

• Present a positive image in customer service while making propane deliveries locally.
• Conduct daily pre-and post-trip inspections, track hours, and report issues using an electronic log system.
• Maintain company vehicles, ensuring preventative maintenance is carried out and minor repairs are conducted.
• Perform work with a high standard of safety in all operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations.

The Team:

You will work on a team of drivers and service technicians and will report tothe Supervisor, Propane Distribution on a team that strives to cultivate a culture of customer service, safety, and work life balance.

The Customers:

You will deliver propane to customers in agricultural, commercial, and domestic markets while displaying a high-level of customer-focus, professionalism, and care.

Who You Are

• You are looking for a career in hauling and deliveries and:
• Have 1+ years of professional driving experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Have a Class 3A or Class 1A license.
• Are familiar with computers and/or electronic log systems.
• Are comfortable with physically demanding work such as pulling heavy hoses and other equipment with a minimum weight of 50lbs.
