Equinox Gold's Greenstone Mine in Geraldton, Ontario, is seeking a Drill Support Labourer to join our operations. Reporting to the Mine Operations Supervisor, the role provides hands-on support to drilling activities by assisting drill operators, handling materials, and maintaining safe, efficient work areas.

You will perform general labour duties, follow safety procedures, and cooperate with drill and blast crews.

Job Summary

Greenstone Mine is seeking a Drill Support Labourer to join our team. Reporting to the Mine Operations Supervisor, the Drill Support Labourer is responsible for providing operational support to drilling activities by assisting drill operators, maintaining safe and efficient work areas, handling supplies and materials, and performing general labour duties associated with drill and blast operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring drilling activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Conditions

Certifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Common Core for Surface Mining is an asset.
• Standard First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
• Surface Miner or Underground Hard Rock Miner training is considered an asset.

Education

• High school diploma, General Education Development (GED), or combination of education and work-related experience.

The salary range for this position is from$70,853.00 to $70,853.00.
