Job summary

Broadway Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Co. Ltd in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Drainage Technician/Service Plumber. The role supports service customers, coordinates between clients and the office, and requires strong communication and computer skills.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with camera locating, pipe video inspections, hydro-jetting, and drain repair work. Apprentices and Journeymen are encouraged to apply, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with camera locating and communication between clients and office.
• Video inspection of pipes 1'' – 4” is required.
• Hydro-jetting and flushing of sanitary and storm lines.
• Drain auguring 1.25” to 6” pipes.
• Knowledge of building plumbing and drainage systems and blueprints.

• Knowledge of building plumbing and drainage systems, blueprints, mechanical drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service & computer skills, is a self-starter & a strong and supportive team member and has experience managing communications between clients & the office.

Experience:

• Pipe location services with camera and locator
• Video inspection of pipes 1'' – 4”
• Hydro-jetting / Flushing of sanitary and storm lines. Kitchen drain flushing, Laundry drain flushing.
