Fort McKay Group of Companies LP is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator-Dozer Operator north of Fort McMurray, AB on the Syncrude Aurora site. The role requires a safety-first mindset, 3+ years of dozer experience on construction sites, and CSTS/OSSA/BSO/CSO certification.
Camp accommodations are not provided; 11.5-hour shifts schedule 14 on/7 off. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Class 5 license, and an unobstructed driver’s abstract.

Under the direction of the Project Team Lead, the Heavy Equipment Operator- Dozer Operator is responsible for assisting the ProjectTeam Lead and General Foreman with accomplishing the project goals and day-to-day objectives and to conduct all activities in a manner that supports the mission, vision and values of the Fort McKay Group of Companies LP.
This is a safety-sensitive position that requires completion of pre-employment/pre-access testing.
This is a temporary, project based position located north of Fort McMurray, AB, on the Syncrude Aurora site.
Work schedule is 14 days on, 7 days off; days and nights. 11.5 hour shift.
