Position: Dozer Operator (Direct Hire)
Location: Timmins, ON

Start Date: Immediate
Wage: $31.20–$35.36/hour (based on experience) + Overtime after 44 hours

Northern Labour Supply Services (NLSS) is currentlyrecruiting Dozer Operators on behalf of our client, a reputable miningcontractor operating at an open-pit site in Timmins, Ontario. This is a direct-hireopportunity, with all successful candidates employed directly by theclient.

Key Responsibilities:

• OperateCAT D6 and D8 size dozers to push, level, and grade rockfill andoverburden material
• Buildand maintain access roads, dump sites, and embankments as part of atailings dam project
• Spreadmaterials in layers, compact fills, and shape terrain to engineeredspecifications
• Performdaily equipment checks and report mechanical issues or safety concerns
• Communicateeffectively with supervisors and other heavy equipment operators on site
• Followall health, safety, and environmental standards and protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum1–2 years of dozer operation experience in an open-pit or heavy civilenvironment
• Proficiencyoperating D6–D8 class dozers, including experience with rockfilland overburden work
• Reliabletransportation to and from the job site (Timmins-based)
• Willingand able to complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Comfortableworking 12-hour strictly day or strictly night shifts(non-rotating), on a 5 days on / 2 days off schedule
• Musthave or be willing to complete:
