Job summary

KLS Earthworks & Environmental in Calgary is seeking a Finish Dozer Operator who is safety‑minded and ready to work full-time on our busy site. You will operate the dozer and other heavy equipment with a focus on safe, efficient earthworks projects across Western Canada.

The role requires 5+ years of dozer experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to travel, long hours and overtime. We offer full benefits, training, and opportunities for growth within a leading earthworks company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience operating a dozer.
• Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Willing to work out of town as required.
• Ability to work long hours with some weekends and overtime.
• Must comply with KLS’ no tolerance policy and complete the pre-employment drug & alcohol and fit testing.
• Strong critical thinking, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Fine grading and finishing required

KLS Earthworks & Environmental is hiring a Finish Dozer Operator. We are looking for a professional who is enthusiastic and safety conscious to work full-time in Calgary. Reporting to the Supervisor the operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the equipment while working around other ground crew.

What You’ll Do
