Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in sales and customer service
• Strong supervisory and communication skills; coaching and motivation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail/branch environment
• Authorized to work in Canada without future sponsorship; 21+ with a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet daily tasks and performance standards
• Train and develop new hires with the necessary tools for success
• Foster teamwork through goal setting, motivation and follow-up
• Drive sales, conversion targets and lead generation to increase branch profitability
• Document performance and targets; manage schedules and shift coverage
