Job summary

Clutch Technologies Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Specialist in British Columbia. You will be the first face customers meet when you pick up or deliver vehicles, operating a flatbed truck to bring cars to customers’ doors, and ensuring a seamless online car-buying experience.

This role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. You will inspect vehicles, handle paperwork, and collaborate with the team to support rapid growth at Clutch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience transporting vehicle.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• A class 5 License (valid in BC).
• 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles safely using a flatbed truck and deliver to customers’ doors across the area.
• Provide exceptional customer service as the face of the company.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues and ensure quality.
• Complete customer paperwork and record notes in the tracking system.
• Assist other team members with tasks as needed.
