TopLine Home Solutions is seeking a full-time, on-site Door to Door Sales Representative in Ottawa, ON. You will engage homeowners, explain attic insulation, mold prevention, air sealing, insulation removal, and Go Nano Nu Roof benefits.

Responsibilities include canvassing neighborhoods, quick needs assessments, scheduling appointments, and following up with prospects. The role requires strong communication and sales skills, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

TopLine Home Solutions also offers Go Nano Nu Roof solutions to help extend roof life and enhance protection. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Door to Door Sales Representative role based in Ottawa, ON. The person in this role will engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods, introduce TopLine Home Solutions’ services, and clearly explain benefits related to attic insulation, mold prevention and removal, air sealing, insulation removal, and Go Nano Nu Roof. Daily tasks include canvassing residential areas, conducting brief needs assessments, scheduling appointments, and following up with prospective customers. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of contacts and leads, and collaborating with the sales team to refine outreach strategies. The Door to Door Sales Representative is expected to represent the brand professionally, adhere to company guidelines, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction, active listening, and the ability to explain technical services in simple terms.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing, preferably in residential or field sales environments.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills, including the ability to follow structured sales processes and support team performance; experience mentoring or coaching is an asset.
• Candidates should possess relevant industry exposure, with experience in the home services sector considered more beneficial than experience in the Beauty Industry.
• Candidates should possess a results-driven mindset, reliability in meeting targets, and strong time management and organizational skills.
• Candidates should possess comfort working outdoors and going door to door, with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to access assigned territories; prior door to door or cold-calling experience is an asset.
• Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or related fields is beneficial but not required.
