Triconhomes in Toronto is seeking a Door Person for a premium residential community. The role blends hospitality-driven service with front-of-house operations, welcoming residents and guests and supporting safe, seamless arrivals.

You will assist with parcel coordination, run errands, and provide coverage for Concierge during peak periods, maintaining a polished, professional presence in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Concierge operations during peak periods and coverage gaps.

Team members are expected to anticipate needs, build meaningful relationships, and deliver with polish and consistency across every touchpoint. The Door Person is a highly visible and service-critical role, responsible for creating a seamless and welcoming arrival and departure experience for residents and guests. As the first and last point of contact, they set the tone for the resident experience through presence, professionalism, and attention to detail. Blending hospitality-driven service with strong awareness of building operations, the Door Person supports a safe, organized, and elevated front-of-house environment—facilitating movement, assisting residents, and ensuring a consistently polished experience.
