The Associate, Individual Giving provides dedicated production, coordination, and systems support to the Individual Giving team and the Director, Individual Giving. Working across three areas — fundraising campaign support, website and editorial content, and data/dashboards/systems — you'll help bring the TSO's annual giving campaigns and donor communications to life, from creative brief to final asset. You'll also support the broader Individual Giving team's donor stewardship needs, including in-hall donor materials, stewardship event collateral, and benefits fulfillment across the Friends, Impresarios Club, and Maestro's Club programs.

You’ll build skills across creative production, digital marketing and reporting & analytics in a collaborative Development team, with real ownership over critical Individual Giving projects.
Salary range: $55,000–$60,000 CAD (commensurate with experience).

This role involves sustained computer‑based work, including design and production software and data entry, requiring prolonged focus and attention to detail. The position operates in a hybrid work environment, with in‑office attendance required periodically to support production and physical mailings. Occasional evening and/or weekend work is required during the September–June concert season, primarily for donor events and concert duty at Roy Thomson Hall, which involves periodic light physical activity (standing, walking, materials set‑up/tear‑down).
