Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Temporary part-time Donor Centre Associate - Blood Collection in Edmonton. You will perform phlebotomy, register donors, and ensure a safe, positive donor experience at the AB-Edmonton-Whitemud donor centre.

The role requires a high school diploma with phlebotomy training, plus 3+ years in customer-facing roles. Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and mobile events across communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in a high customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture following established standards, ensuring donor safety and comfort.
• Register donors and conduct confidential screening to determine eligibility and promote a positive donor experience.
• Accurately document product information in the computer system and manage labelling preparation.
• Support mobile donor events by setting up booths, tables and equipment.
