Save the Children Canada is seeking a Donor Acquisition Specialist to plan and manage Direct Response TV and Digital/Telemarketing campaigns to recruit new donors, lead on creative development, and work with external vendors to hit income targets within DRTV and Lead Conversion.
This hybrid Toronto role collaborates with the Mass Marketing team to optimize donor acquisition, retain donors, train call centers, analyze ROI, and explore new channels while ensuring high-quality donor experiences.
Salary Range: $63,323.32 To $80,295.12 Annually

Reporting to the Donor Acquisition Manager, the Donor Acquisition Specialist is part of the Mass Marketing team, responsible for creating, planning and managing Direct Response Television (DRTV), and Digital/Telemarketing Lead Conversion campaigns in order to recruit new donors through online and (inbound and outbound) phone call conversion. This role will lead on the development and testing of new creative concepts and manage vendors to deliver on donor acquisition and income targets within DRTV and Lead Conversion, as well as identify and support additional channels and opportunities for organizational growth via donor acquisition where needed.
The salary range for this position is union pay band 5 between $63,323.32 to $80,295.12 CAD depending on skills and experience. In addition to this, our employees will have the following package of additional benefits:
