Job summary

Recycling Rewards is hiring a reliable driver to join our fast-paced, hands-on team. You will operate collection vehicles, complete daily routes, load and secure donations, and keep tools and vehicles in top condition.

This role requires safety-minded individuals who communicate well and can handle weekend shifts and varying weather conditions. Based in Toronto, you will be part of a movement toward greener communities, with competitive hourly pay, employer-paid benefits, and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving 3–5-ton trucks.
• Valid G-Class license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate RR collection vehicles and complete routes on time.
• Load, sort, and secure donated items safely.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean, safe bin sites and assist with pickups/deliveries.
