Job description

You’ll be a key behind-the-scenes contributor supporting our ability to win and deliver on government contracts. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain experience at the intersection of recruiting, government contracting, and compliance.

Responsibilities :

  • Resume Formatting & Wordsmithing :
  • Edit and format resumes to meet specific government procurement and client requirements.
  • Enhance and wordsmith resumes for clarity, professionalism, and alignment with job specifications.
  • Government Procurement Grids :
  • Assist in preparing grids and templates for government procurement processes.
  • Ensure documentation follows government guidelines and is properly formatted for submission.
  • Document Management & Compliance :
  • Organize and maintain recruitment and compliance documents for easy access.
  • Track and ensure compliance with government standards for documentation and contracts.
  • Review and update documentation regularly to stay compliant with regulations.
  • General Administrative Support :
  • Provide administrative support related to documentation and compliance tasks.
  • Assist with audits or compliance reviews as needed.

Skills & Experience :

  • Experience or coursework in business or technical writing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of documents.
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and document management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
