Job summary

TechDoQuest in Montreal, QC is seeking an Avionics Qualification Documents Reviewer & Approver to join our team in a hybrid capacity, focusing on evaluating QTP/QTR documents against system requirements and verification objectives.

You will verify test procedures, results, acceptance criteria, and ensure compliance with certification standards such as DO-160, interfacing with client SMEs for EMC, Stress, and Thermo topics.

Responsibilities

• Review QTP/QTR documents to ensure alignment with system requirements and verification objectives.
• Verify completeness, correctness, and consistency of test procedures, cases, results, and acceptance criteria.
• Check compliance with applicable certification standards (e.g., DO-160) and A/C level requirements, architecture and design following the Client processes / methodology.
• Interface with client SME for areas needing help (like EMC, Stress, Thermo).
• Identify gaps, anomalies, or non-conformities and provide actionable review comments to test teams.
• Support qualification reviews (e.g., TRR, QR) and ensure closure of findings before certification milestones. Includes management of the supplier's performance, initial review and re-work.
