Qualifications

• ARP, AIR, AS standards, RTCA documents DO-160 and DO-178.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review Systems architecture design.
• Review and approve deliverables of System Suppliers.
• Development, integration and certification of hydro-mechanical systems.
• Support development and certification tests; witnessing of tests may be required.
• Lead/support root cause investigations and technical discussions with suppliers.
• Create DCPs and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Participate and/or support test activities.
• Participate and/or support Continuing Airworthiness investigations, and present at meetings.
• Triage/CARB meetings.
• Coordinate DCP-related activities with offshore team.
• Participate in IPDT meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Lead TIM and present DCPs at ECCB.
• Review and present ETA to PMO and Procurement.
• Provide visibility/status to Section Chief/Supervisor; escalate items.

BGV will be done for the selected candidates.

Role: Hydro-Mechanical System Integrator Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and review Systems architecture design
• Review and approve deliverables of System Suppliers
• Development, integration and certification of hydro-mechanical systems
• Support development and certification tests; witnessing of tests may be required
• Onsite Lead activities include: lead/support root cause investigation (review data, conduct analysis, technical discussions with supplier)
• Create DCPs and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
• Participate and/or support test activities
• Participate and/or support Continuing Airworthiness investigations, and present at meetings
• Triage/CARB meetings
• Coordinate DCP-related activities and other required activities/tasks with offshore team
• Participate in IPDT meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Lead TIM and present DCPs at ECCB
• Review and present ETA (Engineering Technical Assessment) to PMO and Procurement
• Provide visibility/status to Section Chief/Supervisor of activities; escalate/help needed items
