St.Amant is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Physician to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. The role fits around your schedule, focusing on staff health, safety, and well-being at our Winnipeg location.
You will report to the HR Director and collaborate with two Occupational Health nurses and the Benefits manager to ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Contract: Two-year renewable contract
Start Date: December 2026
Schedule: The commitment is 1 hour weekly on-site which is flexible within office hours.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Health Physician to join our team. As an Occupational Health Physician, you will report to our Director of Human Resources and work closely with our Occupational Health team consisting of two Occupational Health nurses, the manager of Compensation and Benefits, and an administrative assistant to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all St.Amant staff members.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned provided they are consistent with the qualifications identified and fall within the parameters of this role.
St.Amant is a bilingual organization. Proficiency in both official languages (French/English) would be considered an asset.
