St.Amant in Manitoba seeks a Supervisor (Clinical), Health & Transition Services, to lead and support the care team delivering person-centered, evidence-based care for clients and families. You will model St.Amant values and coordinate with partner programs to ensure quality outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Programs and Services, HTS, this role requires nursing leadership, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration across departments in a not-for-profit, bilingual organization.
St.Amant supports over 5,000 people in Manitoba with developmental disabilities, autism and acquired brain injury. The Supervisor plays a key leadership role to ensure person-centred, evidence based care for those supported at St.Amant, their families and caregivers. This role envelops the core values as identified by St.Amant and models same throughout their practice.
