Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading R&D teams in a high-tech setting.
• Strong embedded software background with real-time constraints.
• Knowledge of Radio Access Network and Layer 1/Physical Layer concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own DL PHY strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned to 6G RAN evolution.
• Collaborate with DL PHY community in other organizations.
• Coach and scale technical leaders; drive quality in real-time software.
• Accelerate AI-assisted engineering in planning, coding, verification, CI, and triage.
• Ensure a smooth transfer of 5G responsibilities.
• Deliver the first 6G L1 implementation while safeguarding DL PHY quality.
