  • Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, deposits, and daily sales reports.
  • Manage inventory, receiving, stocking, product rotation, and ordering.
  • Monitor fuel pumps and ensure the forecourt and store are clean, safe, and well maintained.
  • Ensure proper procedures are followed for age-restricted products, including tobacco, vape products, alcohol, and lottery.
  • Ensure proper food safety and hygiene procedures are followed where food service is provided.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Monitor store promotions and ensure pricing and promotional materials are accurate.
  • Minimize product waste, theft, shortages, and operational losses.
  • Complete required paperwork, reports, and daily operational checklists.
  • Communicate business updates, expectations, and operational issues to staff and management.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and productive workplace.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee training when required.
  • Ensure the store is prepared for inspections and complies with applicable Ontario regulations.
  • Take appropriate action during emergencies, equipment issues, or other operational concerns.

  • Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety and Ontario age-restricted product regulations is an asset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
