In your role as,District Manager,you will be expected to influence, support, and encourage the emergence of top performing sales teams while delivering on District sales and operational targets/objectives. You will ensure your district is running with operational excellence, supports our brands, and meets their business goals. Acting as a liaison between the head office, support team and the field teams you will support facilitation of store visits, team calls, District workshops and National sales meetings.

• Maintain stock and inventory control through regular spot checks, daily counts, and store inventory.
• Assist in the setup and execution of store sales and promotions when required.
• Confident communicator and facilitator – driving performance through training and development. Validate all district training and coaching programs are completed as required

What we look for:

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in a multi unitsetup is preferred.
• Multi-unit management experience, previous management of a remote workforce an asset.
• Effective organization and planning skills with the ability to organize and schedule people and tasks, develop realistic action plans within time and resource constrains
• Ensure all locations are staffed appropriately according to the established guidelines by being proactive
• Manage and coach all Store Managers and Assistant managers to enable career development and succession planning
• Experience in the jewelry industry is considered an asset.
