What You Will Deliver

• Continuous improvement to optimize service delivery, people, and processes
• A vision for Customer Service delivery that sets ParaMed apart in the home care industry
• Increase revenues by expanding opportunities and promoting ParaMed across the District
• Monitor clinical, employee, financial, operational, quality, and contractual Key Performance Indicators to meet or exceed standards
• Manage financial budgets, P&L, and NOI with a strong understanding of cost control, business development, and operational improvements
• Analyze trends and implement actions to improve client experience, employee engagement, and clinical and business outcomes
• Provide strong leadership to inspire and motivate the team for continuous improvement
• Develop relationships with HCCSS/Ontario Health Teams to understand regional needs
• Identify and coordinate new business opportunities and regional expansion

What You Bring

• 7 to 10 years of progressive management experience, ideally in a multi-site environment
• Ability to drive operational improvements and solve problems effectively
• Proven success in developing and integrating profitable business, customer experience, and marketing strategies
• Client and employee-focused management approach
• Experience with performance management strategies and enhancing engagement
• Solid knowledge of business development, operations, service delivery, financial management, program development, and human resources practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with continuous improvement and marketing skills to motivate and drive change
• Optimistic and passionate leadership style
