Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive management experience, ideally in a multi-site environment.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and solve problems.
• Strong track record in leading development and integration of profitable business, customer experience and marketing strategies.
• Strong client and employee focused approach to management.
• Solid knowledge of business development, operations, service delivery, customer and employee experience, financial management and HR practices.
