Administration Clerk
JOB SUMMARY: The District Administrator is responsible for planning and overseeing all administrative support and office services for the Grande Prairie District. This includes purchase orders, reception duties, shipping and receiving, supplies and stationery, health regulations, and general troubleshooting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
·Understand and adhere to all Tier 1 Energy Solutions (Tier 1) policies and procedures, furthermore, understand and adhere to any client’s policies and procedures.
·Morning reporting for Wireline division (DAR and Wireline Dar Report);
Knowledge and Skills:
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
·Frequent sitting, bending, twisting and standing;
·Looking at a monitor for up to 8 hours a day;
·Talk on the phone for the majority of the day.
Educations, Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:
·2+ years of direct work experience in an office or facility management capacity;
Qualifications:
·2+ years of similar work-related experience;
·Oil and gas experience an asset;
·Results from a pre-employment test must be deemed acceptable in accordance to Tier 1’s policies;
·Results from a background check must be deemed acceptable in accordance to Tier 1’s guidelines;
·Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
