Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Toronto invites students to join a co-op/internship from May 3, 2027 to August 13, 2027. The program requires full-term availability and offers hands-on exposure to distribution and sales initiatives within BMO's investment distribution teams.

You will work with senior colleagues, analyze market data, and help create sales materials while developing skills in Excel and PowerPoint, client relationships, and business impact across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an academic program (co-op/internship eligibility)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Organized with good collaboration and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing strategic initiatives to grow and strengthen the distribution business
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and client needs
• Support development of sales and marketing materials for different client segments
• Track and analyze business performance metrics with distribution teams
• Contribute to projects on client segmentation, product positioning, pricing, or channel development
• Provide administrative support including presentations and reports for stakeholders
