Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Durham/Oshawa is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a McDonald’s distributorship. The role focuses on planning manpower and equipment, supervision of hourly staff, and safety leadership to support on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The position requires coordinating daily dispatch, maintaining SOPs, payroll, and leading Warehouse/Transportation teams while complying with SFCR, GFSI and GDP rules. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, engineering, logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in high-volume, food service, unionized distribution, or logistics.
• 1–3 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience with Routing and Onboard Software is a strong asset.
• Leadership required.
• Analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High initiative and self-motivation.
• Strong, interactive team player.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, minimizing overtime.
• Conduct daily shift meetings with safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity.
• Manage work flows efficiently, meeting the requirements of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Maintain and audit weekly payroll entries for warehouse workers.
• Provide training and direction to employees on SOPs.
• Oversee quality control for in-house and en-route product.
• Lead across Warehouse, Transportation and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure compliance with SFCR, GFSI and GDP for transport rules and regulations.
