adidas Canada Brantford, Ontario is seeking an Industrial Engineer to identify and implement improvements across distribution, packaging, and processes using IE techniques to boost safety, quality, productivity and throughput.

You will develop labor standards, lead small-to-mid scale projects, and collaborate with operations, IT, and finance to optimize cost per unit and throughput while ensuring adidas quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field with 3+ years of distribution center experience
• Strong MS-Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, PowerBI
• Fluent English (verbal and written) and ability to travel up to 10%

Responsabilités

• Identify, evaluate and implement IE improvements across processing, distribution, packaging and equipment.
• Develop and maintain engineered labor standards for designated job functions.
• Lead end-to-end projects and monitor cost, effort and scope against plan.
