Job summary

Canada Goose is seeking a Technologist, Industrial Engineering to develop, implement, and evaluate manufacturing processes. You will input and maintain data in ERP (D365) and Leadtec, establish labor standards, and drive efficiency across production lines.

You will mentor staff, map multi-level BOMs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and costs while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Industrial Engineer in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish labor standards through methods analysis and time studies.
• Identify productivity improvements and reduce waste.
• Maintain and input Engineering/Production data in ERP (D365) and Leadtec.
• Mentor staff and train operators on Leadtec usage.
• Monitor KPI savings and prepare reports.
