Job summary

TJX Canada is seeking a Distribution Centre Data Centre Operations Coordinator to bridge operations, planning, and the Data Centre team. You will help ensure production flows, meet performance targets, and support system enhancements in a fast-paced DC environment.

The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a focus on meeting daily production goals and collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • High School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Distribution Centre, Warehouse, Receiving, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations environments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Mainframe applications, IMSP, SCAN, Manhattan, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the front-end team to achieve daily and weekly production goals.
  • Monitor and manage DC KPIs, production flow, priority lists, and time-sensitive activities to meet targets.
  • Coordinate production requirements with supervisors and partners to prioritize and move merchandise through the DC.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners for seamless execution of plans.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain operational reports, including daily production statistics.
  • Support troubleshooting and escalation management for inbound, distribution, and production processes.
  • Provide hands-on operational support in the DC.
  • Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, workplace standards, and shift handover processes.

What You'll Do
  • Provide day-to-day support to the front-end team, helping the team achieve daily and weekly production goals.

  • Ensure compliance with operating procedures, workplace standards, and shift handover processes.
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, operations, distribution, or logistics environment.

  • Experience with Mainframe applications, IMSP, SCAN, Manhattan, or Power BI is considered an asset.
