Job summary

RONA Laval is looking for a team member to support merchandising and customer service inside our store. You'll set up displays, ensure planograms are followed, manage shelving and pricing, and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires basic tools knowledge, task prioritization, and the ability to work from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. Forklift experience is an asset; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Basic tools knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in forklift driving is a plus.
• Ability to use web-based computer programs.
• Strong arithmetic basics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle displays according to seasonal changes and stock levels.
• Ensure planograms and visual standards are followed for all merchandise on displays.
• Maintain inventory above the bay and correct price tag placement.
• Greet customers professionally and direct them to the in-store team for advice.
• Keep store clean and accessible, ensuring easy customer movement.
• Perform other tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
