PartSource in Saskatoon is seeking a Dispatcher to facilitate store deliveries and maintain a high level of customer service. You will be the central hub for orders, invoices, and communication, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task under pressure, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Educational background is High School level.

Job Description

As a Dispatcher, you will facilitate the store's deliveries to provide a high level of customer service in a timely and safe manner. You will be the central hub for all things PartSource; products, invoices, and emails will pass through you!

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls and take down customer orders
• Manage invoices and paperwork related to orders
• Work with Drivers ensuring orders are accurate and are delivered in a timely manner

Our typical hiring range is between $17.35 and $23.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
