Backwoods Security Services in Western Canada seeks a reliable Dispatcher to join our Security Operations team in Nisku. You will coordinate daily security operations, communicate with clients and guards, and arrange schedules to ensure coverage.
This role requires 2–3 years in dispatch or security operations, strong tech skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Alberta Security License is an asset.

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and quick-thinking Dispatcher to join our security operations team in Nisku.
As a Dispatcher, you will play an important role in keeping our security operations running smoothly. You will be the central communication point between our clients, security personnel, and operations team—coordinating schedules, responding to requests, monitoring systems, and helping resolve issues as they arise.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with people, using technology, and managing multiple priorities at once.

This position follows a 4-week rotating schedule and requires flexibility to work:
Hours may vary between 28 and 40 hours per week , depending on operational requirements.
Employees who hold a valid Alberta Security License may also have opportunities to pick up additional casual security shifts when available.
