Job summary

Pursuit Collection Jasper is seeking a strong-on-site dispatcher for our Spring/Summer 2026 season at the Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park. This full-time seasonal role places you on-site with accommodations and meals, coordinating tours, schedules, and group arrivals while ensuring guest experiences meet our high standards.

The position requires English fluency, Excel skills, and the ability to work in a remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluent and articulate in English, able to communicate over two-way radio.
  • Administrative skills including intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using RTP POS Software is an asset.
  • Strong problem solving and attention to detail in high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

  • Daily dispatching of tours and managing sales inventory.
  • Create future Columbia Icefield dispatches and resolve scheduling issues.
  • Coordinate with Group Sales Agents and third-party attractions.
  • Maintain vehicle and visitor tracking reports and communicate issues to Icefield Management.
  • Forecast equipment and group bookings; adjust dispatch for efficiency.

You’ll be part of a destination that includes the Glacier View Lodge, dining outlets, retail, and the world‑famous Glacier Adventure and Skywalk.
