As a Dispatcher, you’ll be a critical point of contact for customers-helping schedule service, answer questions, solve problems, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and emails professionally and promptly
• Schedule and update services as needed
• Support billing, contracts, and reporting
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and shop staff
• Handle account questions and resolve issues
• Enter data and maintain accurate records
• Assist with general office and sales support tasks
• Distribute, collect and review route sheets for proper days end data entry.
• Dispatch calls to routes based upon designated route and driver location.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years in a transportation, dispatch or customer service role.(Preferred)
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Google Workspace suite of programs
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Experience in waste or environmental services is a bonus
• Familiarity with Trux software is a plus
