Job description

Dynamic Concrete Pumping Inc. has over 40 years of combined experience providing concrete pumping and placing services to contractors. Based in Calgary, Alberta, we focus on knowledgeable staff with the right attitude and continually update our equipment with technological advancements.

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our dispatch team, starting at $27 per hour.

Overview :
  • Dispatching pump trucks and crews to sites to ensure effective customer relations in a timely, cost-effective, and safe manner
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Scheduling daily construction jobs
  • Multitasking is an asset
  • Collecting daily job sheets, reviewing information, and preparing for invoicing and payroll
Relationships with Other Jobs :
  • Drivers
  • Operations Manager
  • Invoicing Clerk / Project Coordinator
  • Payroll / HR
  • Internal or external maintenance shops for truck maintenance, servicing, and availability
Qualifications :
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Knowledge of concrete pump trucks and crew operations, and the construction industry
  • Knowledge of concrete truck capacities
  • Knowledge of Calgary area roadways, municipalities, and geography
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Good time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate and manage changes
  • Ability to multi-task and meet competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Timeliness and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer programs
