Qualifications

• Exposure to fast paced Ready Mix Operations is an asset.
• Experience with Concrete Batching/Scheduling.
• Strong multitasking skills are essential.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety minded with emphasis on hazard identification.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders for the Central Alberta Ready Mix Market.
• Enter orders in the Dispatch Scheduling Program.
• Schedule RMC Drivers according to the daily plan.
• Ticket Ready Mix Trucks in-line with the schedule.
• Support Dispatch Supervisor in daily operations.
• Collaborate with batch plant staff to maintain efficiency.
• Assist with scheduling repairs for Ready Mix Plants.
