We make everything in-house—from merguez and couscous to pastries—using quality ingredients in a well-equipped kitchen.
We’re hiring a Dishwasher/Prep Cook who loves great food, works well with others, and takes pride in doing things right. If that sounds like you, let’s talk!
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:

- Operate dishwashing machines to clean plates, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen tools
- Hand-wash delicate or specialty items as needed
- Ensure all items are properly sanitized and stored
- Maintain cleanliness of dish pit, floors, garbage bins, and surrounding kitchen areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist line cooks with basic food prep tasks (e.g., washing and chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, portioning ingredients)
- Label and store food properly in accordance with food safety standards
- Keep prep areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support kitchen team with restocking
SALARY & BENEFIT:
- Salary: $18/hour + tips.
- Meals: Discounted or free food during your shifts.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week with 8-hour shifts (including lunch break)
- Part time available too.
- Flexibility:
Restaurant and Café open Monday to Sunday from 8am to 11pm
Day Shifts, Evening shifts, Overtime available.
