Water's Edge at The Lake Joseph Club is hiring a Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward

The Dishwasher/Kitchen Steward is a vital member of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean, sanitized, and ready for use. This role supports the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Assist in the disposal of trash and waste, ensuring proper recycling procedures are followed.
• Support the kitchen team with basic food prep and other tasks as needed.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including mopping floors, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining restrooms.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the kitchen manager.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as required.
