Providence University College in Otterburne, MB is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Server to join our dining team. You will help maintain cleanliness, support food service to students and guests, and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and HACCP compliance.
• Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment and kitchen tools.
• Familiarity with OHS procedures and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Serve food and interact with customers and students.
• Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware by hand or with equipment.
• Maintain the dishwashing station and sink following safety protocols.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and well-supplied.
• Support kitchen operations with light maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to food safety, HACCP, and OH&S procedures.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ensure proper care of company assets and equipment.
