Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwashers and wash cookware to a high standard.
• Sanitize surfaces, keep floors dry, and store cleaned items properly.
• Manage recycling and trash removal from designated areas.
• Follow all SOPs and Fairmont standards, report safety concerns.
• Be flexible to training and work in any required area.
