Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all dishwashing needs including sorting, pre-washing, soaking, loading and unloading dishwasher, and proper storage of flatware and glassware.
• Clean kitchen equipment such as sinks, stoves, and fridges.
• Keep floors clean and dry at all times.
• Unload supplies and carry to storage areas as assigned.
• Maintain tidy work areas and equipment.
• Assist line cooks during busy periods with food prep or line production.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events.
• Other duties as assigned.
