Job summary

Oliver & Bonacini is seeking dishwashers for our Toronto venues, Arcadian Court and Arcadian Loft. You will support a fast-paced kitchen by cleaning dishes, glassware and utensils, keeping the dish area organized, and assisting with supply intake.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machines efficiently.
• Wash, polish and put away glassware and flatware.
• Clean and sanitize dish mats, dish carts and dish racks.
• Assist with receiving and stocking supplies and products.
• Handle and store cleaning products safely.
• Maintain the dish area, including sweeping, mopping, organizing and removing garbage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Our Dishwashers are the backbone of every great service. Without clean plates, sparkling glassware and an organized dish area, the kitchen can’t run. If you take pride in a job done well and enjoy a fast-paced team environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Reporting to the Back of House Management Team, our Dishwashers clean and put away all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, and keep the dish area and dish machines clean and organized.

The day-to-day:

• Operate the dish machines efficiently
• Wash, polish and put away glassware and flatware
• Clean and sanitize dish mats, dish carts and dish racks
• Assist with receiving and stocking supplies and products
• Handle and store cleaning products safely
• Maintain the dish area, including sweeping, mopping, organizing and removing garbage
• Perform other duties as assigned
