A leading hotel group in Canada is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations under the supervision of the Chef. The role involves operating dishwashing equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with food preparation. Under the supervision of the Chef, the primary responsibility of the Dishwasher is to operate the dishwashing machine. The Steward / Dishwasher is also responsible for cleaning duties and assisting the cooks with kitchen prep as directed.
